Low Calorie Pineapple Coconut Rum Cocktail for Summer Drinks - Light, Refreshing, and Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz white rum (or coconut rum for a sweeter twist)
  • 3 oz 100% pineapple juice (fresh or not-from-concentrate)
  • 2 oz unsweetened coconut water
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice (about 1/2 a lime)
  • Optional: 0.25–0.5 oz simple syrup or a few drops of liquid stevia, to taste
  • Ice (for shaking and serving)
  • Garnish: Lime wheel, pineapple wedge, or a few toasted coconut flakes

Method
 

  1. Chill your glass: Pop a rocks or highball glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
  2. Fill the shaker: Add ice, rum, pineapple juice, coconut water, and lime juice.
  3. Sweeten to taste: Add simple syrup or stevia only if you want a touch more sweetness.
  4. Shake well: Shake for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels frosty.
  5. Strain and serve: Fill your chilled glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail over it.
  6. Garnish: Add a lime wheel or pineapple wedge. Serve immediately.
