Prep your blender: Add the frozen strawberries to the pitcher first.

Add the liquids: Pour in the white rum, fresh lime juice, and 1 ounce of simple syrup. Add a small pinch of salt if using.
Blend with ice: Start with 1 cup of ice and blend on high until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash of water or more rum.
If it’s too thin, add a handful more ice.
Taste and adjust: Sip and tweak. Add more lime for brightness, more syrup for sweetness, or more rum for strength. Blend briefly to combine.
