Brew the tea: Steep chamomile in 1 cup hot water for 5–7 minutes. Remove the bag or strain the leaves.
Cool it completely: Let the tea reach room temperature, then chill it in the fridge.

Prep the banana: For the thickest texture, slice a ripe banana and freeze it for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Blend the base: Add cooled chamomile tea, milk, yogurt, and banana to the blender.
Add flavor: Blend in honey or maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and a tiny pinch of salt if using.
Adjust texture: If it’s too thin, add a handful of ice or more frozen banana. Too thick? Splash in more tea or milk.
