Rinse and pat dry the berries. Slice strawberries if using.

In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, vanilla, and honey or maple syrup until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness.

Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom. Add a layer of berries. Sprinkle a small handful of granola on top.
Repeat the layers: yogurt, berries, granola.
Finish with berries on top for color.
